New Texas music festival surfs in to South Padre Island
July 21, 2009-The inaugural South Padre Island Seafood and Music Festivalsigns the hottest names in Texas music. The two day, music, food, and arts event, hailing from beautiful South Padre Island, is located on the sprawling landscape of the bay-front SPI Convention Center.
